One person builds MindPing, and that person reads every message.

You can also report a bug from inside the app — Settings → Report a bug. That sends the app version and your device type with it, which usually saves a round of questions.

Common questions

Do I need an account?

No. Every feature works without signing in — capturing, reminders, notifications, all four languages. An account only adds sync, so your reminders survive a lost or replaced phone.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. The app works out the title, date and time on the phone itself. It handles most ordinary phrasing, and it is less accurate than the online AI — so check the date and time on a reminder you captured offline.

A reminder did not fire

Check that notifications are allowed for MindPing in the iPhone Settings app, and that “Reminders & alerts” is on in MindPing’s own settings. A reminder saved without a time never fires, by design.

How do I delete my account and data?

Settings → Account → Delete account. It removes your reminders and your account from the server. It cannot be undone.

Something is wrong in my language

Please tell me the exact sentence you said and what it produced. That is usually enough to fix it, and language bugs get fixed quickly.
